i got the render from planetrenders.net the made the background using brushes on photoshop..

Zerbino, it is his work. The brushing and the effects. People release the renders on the internet on such sites as [link] and allow you to use them in your work. If his work is apperently stealing then so would be mine but I know for a fact it's not. Please check out these render sites before accusing people that it's not there own work.
